As you can see, I'm starting to get some nice definition and shape going. I find putting muscle on in bulk on my upper body is really hard. I know men can gain upper body bulk relatively easy, but for us gals it's a chore.

Of course, we got the glutes that guys (and gals) would kill for! I can't tell you how many times when I'm working my ass and thighs in the gym I catch guys checking me out, lol. I don't mind, they're just paying me a compliment as far as I'm concerned....and let's be honest - if I didn't want people to notice and appreciate my body I wouldn't be a female bodybuilder, right?
